There doesn't appear to be confirmation of where this is due to go, but suggestions it may be utilised as a trial vehicle? The North East alone are expecting electric double decks for Blyth and Durham, so we may see it here. 

There is also a new E400 MMC pictured, apparently for Southern Counties, but evidently investment is happening post-takeover when also taking into account the large volume of B8RLEs on order for elsewhere in the country.
