Given that only the afternoon 22x runs extend back to Throckley, is it not time for NECA, Stagecoach Busways, Arriva Northumbria and GoNE to work together and form something under the Coast Road Agreement regarding the Cobalt Expresses?

Asides the issues of single decks & timekeeping, headways and stopping arrangements / locations could be better coorindated
