People still seem to misunderstand the whole CAZ. Buses under a Euro 5 rating aren't just completely banned from the City Centre, they are allowed to enter under a charge, so not really a fine, more like an invisible toll booth if you will.
I just don't understand why people freak out when a below Euro 5 engine enters town. Stagecoach obviously have the money to spend and clearly don't care about a charge. In all honesty, £50 isn't that much when it comes to cars/buses either, it's not like the X34's are perminatley allocated E300s.
But on the topic of this, I thought 36964 was Euro 6, with it being used on the 317 a few years back.
