all that road can do is get worse, theres no way of making it any better, traffic lights will just cause issues, its like going onto the green bridge at Sunderland next to were M&S used to be, when the traffic lights dont work theres no traffic at all even at rush hour, but when the lights are there its an absolute nightmare
