In theory, unless some leave the region, you've got:
84x Yutongs In
Out:
29x Gas
17x MAN's at Stockton (Assume)
4x Elderly E300's at Stockton
12x Darts
8x MAN E200's
Total 68
Leaves 16 buses still to go which are unaccounted for and if it's not the MAN's at Slatyford then the 59 Plate E200's are pretty much next on the chopping block which there just happens to be 16 of if you include the 08 plate one. There's also conveniently 17 E200's at Sunderland and conveniently the E300's plus extra Yutongs over the 11 Plates all adds up aswell, believe it's 48 if my maths are right including the ones at Walkergate. That extra E200, and the 3 E200's at Stockton seeing off the Darts at Hartlepool.
PS. I've well overthought this but it all works out.
Think it will be pretty impossible to work out much more definitively until it's done - I am pretty much lost off already with what the recent Scottish E300s replaced let alone the electrics into the mix. I think 27715-18 replaced the Cambridge loans which in turn replaced the open toppers but they were always and additional allocation over the summer so not sure why they needed replacing anyway. As for 27615, 27720, 27770-72 and whatever the most recent ones are I'm not sure what if anything they displaced.
Likewise the E400MMCs at Slaty - not sure 8 E400 have been displaced yet and they've been in service a month already and knock on effect 5 of the hybrids they were due to replace remain in use. So all of that needs to shake down as well as the cascades from the electrics (not sure 27726/27/35 replaced anything... or indeed what if anything 27736/38 replaced last year for that matter).
