It’s not so much ‘Stagecoach can’t commit’ it’s that there is no money at present to fund it - the local councillor’s have raised the funds through projects with Stockton Council to fund it as a trial. Bearing in mind most usage will be Port Clarence to Billingham the timetable works for most shopping trips and is able to slot into current schedules efficiently!
