Although GNE & Arriva would likely promote the service, it's down to Nexus at the end of the day if they're backing it. GCT's job is to just operate the service as tendered by Nexus.

Don't want to go into too much on this thread, but with a bit tweaking around, the 350/351 could actually be a very strong commercial service especially between West Allotment / Holystone and Newcastle.

I'll chuck my thoughts into another thread.
