12086 seems to be a complete dog at the moment. I had the 'pleasure' of it on Monday afternoon, where it was swapped out on the way into town for an MMC. It seemed to have a complete lack of power.

On Tuesday it looks to have been allocated to one of the last buses out of the depot, and still doesn't look to have finished it's last trip.

On Wednesday it failed to complete a 22 board, being swapped out at about 6pm.

On Thursday it replaced 11296 on the 40, but did manage to finish the board.

On Friday it failed on the same trip on the 37 which it had been taken off on Monday. This time though, it managed to break down in the underpass on the Coast Road, causing chaos traffic wise.

Essentially the thing doesn't seem to be able to do a full day in service, failing or needing replaced by 4-6pm each day. Surely it can't have long left now?

Well they were meant to have been withdrawn when the E400MMCs from Manchester transferred to Slatyford, allowing 19430-36,19679 to transfer to Walkergate to replace them. Up to now only 12080-82,85 have been withdrawn. More of them might be withdrawn once the vehicles that have went to Cheltenham have retuned. But who knows, the way transfers at SNE are going its anyones guess.
