Nope. Hard disagree on this. I don't like the direction of travel of the status quo, but NECA has to prove they are competent when getting thier hands dirty, rather than just being able to type up swanky policy papers - otherwise the cost to use, the tax payer - will be massive if they get thier sums wrong, Like QCS!
