Honestly can't agree, no-one is going to touch them in their current form as the West Allotment - Whitley Bay section is quiet, especially on the 350.
The only way it would ever be commercial would be it it was Newcastle to Holystone Park only imo which does well but then that leaves the rest of the 351 which would need dealt with.
The obvious answer would be extending the W2 to Northumberland Park but being made to change in England is a big no no.
