Pretty much when September 2023 changes happened. Most if not everything in North Tyneside had a 3 in front of it

342,307,309,352,353,354,355,359,335

Then in March we got 356,340,341 so might as well add the 1 to become 301. Probs just at best to chuck the 3 in front of everything in North Tyneside. Wouldn't surprise me the 19 is renumber to 319 or something
