Happy to be corrected here but I don't think GoNorthEast's backend could have duplicate numbers which is why there used to be stuff like the 40D on timetables. 

Obviously they already had the 53 etc in Gateshead hence the 3xx numbers coming into play. 

Once you've done most of them, might aswell do the rest and it would solve the 40D issue if they ever won back the Durham contract as a bonus aswell.
