There's something weird about that whole link - the amount quoted, the statement in the blurb "Note there are several potential contracts of varying duration/scale ranging from 3 months up to 5 years.", the list of other local bus companies at the end under 'domains'.  Is some of it relating to the entire Nexus subsidised services contracts value - would that be £45M - genuinely have no idea.
