To be fair, the interdecks are a whole different beast to normal coaches. I know there were similar complaints in the North of Scotland and they've used coaches forever up there.
It's the stairs which are horribly steep and the fact it's not straight which the less able really struggle with.
The X66, is a bad service for them though, considering it's a normal service for a fair chunk of the service at both ends.
