However, I am saying now don’t expect it to get accepted. It could but I am not sure. It is the same deal that got rejected the last time just tweaked slightly. 3.3% back dated to 28th April and then 1.7% from September rather than January. If it does get rejected, continuous strike action from August 31st will follow.

I don't wish to make this dispute public nor personal (please don't take it as such) but I personally think yous would be stupid to reject it. If yous do, kiss goodbye to any significant amount of backpay.
