First time I've noticed it, as I haven't travelled into Newcastle by bus for a while, but I notice some swine has put lettering for the 'RAILWAY quarter' on the viaduct walls at Wellington Street and again at Hills Street. It immediately reminded me of the NSA debate in this thread.
