I understand this is a Go Ahead Group survey and not specific to GNE entirely but what a waste of time...

The question on the attached photo is factually incorrect and claiming that the route I use has electric buses and I'm just "not aware" there is no option to say no investment has been made... It's either I'm not interested, or I'm unaware - this has really annoyed me as someone who lives in Sunderland and has the "pleasure" of using GNE almost daily I can tell you no electric buses are here from GNE or will be for some time.

Think it's just a generally poorly designed survey e.g. not allowing multiple selections for questions where its logical to do so, lack of consistency in places.  Do wonder if or how the info they are collecting will help them at a local level.  Interesting that all of the options for things affecting service were all external factors (congestion, weather) and not shit maintenance meaning breakdowns and VOR.  It's almost like they want a certain kind of response to tell a particular story.
