Now that bus services operated by Stockton depot appear to use only electric vehicles, can anybody confirm where the Tees Flex minibuses are now based at? Are they at Hartlepool or are they still based at Stockton? If they are at Stockton are the  drivers using fuel cards or is there still a diesel pump there?
