PSV375 is the doc that goes into detail about driving limits and breaks. 16 hour spread is the law with 10 hours max driving in that, however you need to have 10 hours off between shifts which can be reduced to 8:30, but only 3 times a week, so you cannot work many 16 hour days as you need daily rest.
