If it’s the bendy buses then it’s partly their own fault as it’s clear they struggle to get round parts of the route.  I don’t know the routes themselves but I would think at best a normal full size would be adequate even an enviro 200 for most of the day.  
If it is down to parking though then that will need sorting out.
