Actually, it'd due to other issues regarding familiarisation issues that means it has to be stood to one side. As yet it may stay, there are ways and means it could remain and still be used - after all, 80000 is possibly required elsewhere (and it's also known to be a pain in the a*** to charge up on the Stockton charging points). I also understand Stockton's management are fighting to get a few more deckers for some of the busier service boards.
