They also have started doing QR Codes on some of their tickets, although they only scan on their own routes.
Also for some reason the two Mercs they recently recieved have backwards facing seats at the back, which when they are being used on services alike the 71 is totally inadequate for the amount of passengers who use that service...
Are we suprised? This is the same company that have bus stops that they don't even serve marked on the route maps on Traveline and BusTimes. For example, the 35 has both New Bridge Street west and John Dobson Street library bus stops marked when they do not serve these stops. And the 653 shows it's supposed to serve the southbound Freeman Road bus stop outside the hospital, and not the actual hospital grounds, when it's supposed to be the opposite way around. The professionalism of this company is piss poor and just proves that Nexus don't give a toss about who runs their services nor their customers.
