The only Issue might be that the X39 would become single decker operated due to the Metro Station at Percy Main.
Can't say I agree with those tbh. Don't make much sense I can't even see how that 344 would even work.

It would create most the missing links around here which people complain about and utilise the 58 in a much more useful service including multiple links to NT Hospital and Cobalt which don't exist, at all currently.
I haven't worked it out but wouldn't be surprised if the 19/20/58 is nearly PVR neutral and the 19 shorts currently are very quiet whenever I see them around Northumberland Park.
