Weren’t the vehicles ordered from ZEBRA2 with the support of NECA supposed to have 2 wheelchair bays so we can begin transitioning to having the ability to carry 2 wheelchair users per bus?
Have to start somewhere.
If operators wanted to speed up the process they could retrofit a back support, bell and any poles required to enable a second wheelchair bay on existing vehicles.
