Yeah they are going to cap the single at £2.50 which is pretty good value. I think if you travel zones A, B and C then it is better value, but I think the 2 zone cap is going up.
They should introduce something like a max 3 stations price though, as short journeys cost is crazy. They have that in Germany a short journey special price. Like it is the same cost from Manors - Walkergate one way as Regent Centre - Walkergate (I think, I don't really make this journey anymore, but it was true when I did).
