I'm guessing drivers will need training before they can enter service as these have camera mirrors instead of the usual standard ones

The E400EV demonstrator AR74 ZEB at Blyth also has camera mirrors so hopefully most of the drivers are already familiar. While it is good to see some vehicles coming up to cover for shortages, I hope it is not another case of Robbing Peter to Pay Paul for Arriva Midlands.
