Is there a limit when a vehicle must be removed from service to be charged? We have an electric car, and according to the manufacturer, battery level shouldn't be allowed to drop below 20% (if it does, then you have reduced power and reduced function etc).

2. We were told to ring it in at 30% and it shouldn't go under 20% but no one seems to abide by that.
