To be fair, it's a Nexus issue here mind.
They all used ITSO (https://www.itso.org.uk/) and still do, including the mobile stuff (https://www.yotra.co.uk/)
It's not the operators fault for lack of any tickets, they have the equipment. It's Nexus for not doing any tickets; Swift in the West Midlands is using the same system, the difference is there's actually works and the one up here is an embarrassment, and that's being complimentary.
