To be fair don't see the issue with an hourly service out there, as long as it done areas en-route like Grange Road which currently have zero bus service and areas at the East side of Hartlepool.

Can't see why it couldn't be done in an hour tbh. There's like 5 bus routes on that whole route with a regular bus service and they're all in the centre of Hartlepool.
