Thought you were on the corner there with the orange dot, getting buses along the bus gate (which I just remember now is shut). The pink dot is the park so could see why it be a bit dodgy there.

Taking photos of buses anywhere should not be an issue. It's not a crime. Anyone can take photos of anything, or indeed anyone, they can see from public land. Obviously use common sense, I'm not saying to go out taking photos of everything and everyone, but it's not a crime. Just obviously might result in confrontation (and sometimes justified, of course).
