Percy Main will probably lose solos to Washington for the service

Percy currently have 5387 and no other versas coming over yet so many Deptford lites went over to Riverside and with the EV200 in service nothing has changed or moved so god knows whats happening 

Percy dont need as many solos as they currently have 356 certain doesn't need them. Imo 726/7/8 should stay for the 342 & 672 for the 333 and send 680/681/690 to Washington for the 82
