I have heard the reason was that GNE who were down to operate a few decided not to come out to play leaving folk stranded - unsure if this is accurate, but if it is, then that is shocking that they have been awarded a contract and then dont bother.
Gne were allocated 10 boards apparently and never done it. They sent 3 out and thats it
