I know you read this. Well done for causing a massive argument (very close to fists) between multiple blokes at the Stadium of Light station today because some clown decided to fill the platform up with full trains coming and no match day extra (or no-one aware of it) resulting in everyone scrumming because why wait another 12 minutes because it's just going to be the same.
Overheard that people were getting on at St Peter's aswell so god knows what's going on there, noticed the tweet says crowd control was from 17:15 though when the match finished at 16:50, so hope to god some muppet didn't use their inititative but how busy it was it wouldn't surprise me. Feel so sorry for the poor kid on the platform getting it in the neck because he didn't have a clue what's going on either while the 'security' stood around watching two blokes threatening the kick the shit out of each other and the old guard were based at Central doing nothing. Embarrassing. Even worse they dispatched the train while this was still going on.
when i had the penthouse in pelaw and used to get the metro back straight after game, which was rare as normally went for a pint or 7 it was very well run at the Haymarket. Kept everyone up top until room on the platform. was like a military pincer movement so maybe the Nexus staff were just having an off day?
