As well as the ones who should have failed their vetting (if the vetting wasn't something that happened as an afterthought when it became clear that even Laura Keunsburg objected) there's numerous new councillors and a member of the Sennedd who were horrified when they were actually elected.
The parties involved should be meeting the cost of the by-elections when they've fielded candidates who had no intention of taking up their posts, if elected.
