(11 Jun 2026, 10:57 pm)Dan wrote Nexus have been asked a large number of clarification questions by multiple operators, mainly in relation to TUPE, following a letter sent to all operators in the North East by City Transport that they too would get caught up in an Employment Tribunal claim, should they be successful in being awarded the contract from July.

With each clarification question, the deadline has been pushed back slightly.

The award criteria has now changed to better favour quality (guarantees of quick mobilisation) than previous.

The tender submission deadline has not passed yet, so certainly not awarded to Northstar.
