RE: Travel North East website
(Yesterday, 4:30 pm)F114TML wrote Yeah, I was trying to find Metro times to Central for Sunday - it would've been easier and quicker to walk to the nearest Metro station and look at the timetable.

At one point it implied there'd be no metros until about 11pm, and the journey planner suggested about 7 different bus options before giving me Metro information as 'the green alternative' (bare in mind I specifically put in two metro stations).

I'm not holding out much hope for franchising ngl.

U aint the only one thinking that. The North East transport aint gonna get any better if this website is "the future and better understand for people" when even people like us cant understand it. Trying to find or download a timetable is absolutely impossible

(Yesterday, 4:43 pm)Storx wrote Going to be blunt, it's utter crap.

Positives:
- The issue with 10 letters on timetables has been fixed

Full list of negatives:
- Journey planner doesn't tell you operator for any mode of transport
- Buses don't combine corridors on timetables so is useless
- Finding the timetable in the first place is a battle of hoops
- There's no pages for specific routes, I know my route numbers, I want to know changes and delays for that.
- Finding delays for things like the Metro is now again through multiple hoops.
- Fare information is worse than the Nexus site and that was bad enough.
- Still zero network maps.

Seriously who signs this stuff off...
Big Kimmy when she aint standing at a metro station saying "get rid of old metros i want new ones ill never travel on"
