As for digitizing I just took a photo of each page and combined them all using Acrobat into one big PDF file. Time consuming, yes but doable.

I must have missed this but I'm working on a project to try and map the old timetables from the PTE during the period of integration. Is there any chance I would be able to get a copy of this timetable.
