I expect that, if there were more buses serving TVTE as a whole, more people would travel by bus to shop there. The Arnison centre is very well served by public transport and, apart from the 14 and 21 following each other in both directions, that stop in the middle is well used, even on a quiet weekday morning.

There must have been plans for better public transport serving TV, as there used to be a rudimentary bus station behind Homebase, way back in the 90’s. The big issue now, though, would be time keeping, as Kingsway often grinds to a halt with heavy traffic.
