There must have been plans for better public transport serving TV, as there used to be a rudimentary bus station behind Homebase, way back in the 90’s. The big issue now, though, would be time keeping, as Kingsway often grinds to a halt with heavy traffic.

The bus station used to be a terminus point for works services coming in from the north/west, long before Retail World was developed. Central Way, if I recall, was also littered with bus stops, as was First Avenue, which served as the terminus point for buses coming in from the south/east..
