I know they were getting on a bit, but imo they were some of the best low floor buses, if not the best - I'm struggling for what's better, which have been made. Made light work of some of the express stuff like the X93, X66/X67 and 685 while everything after is getting destroyed on them especially the E200MMC's with Stagecoach. 

Ignoring the rattles, they had quite a comfortable interior aswell unlike the spartan Streetlite, in particular.

At first I was never keen on them, especially when you had better sounding vehicles like the B10BLE floating about but once that era of vehicles was coming to its close, I liked the Omnicitys a lot more. 

I know the batch is coming up to 20 years since they first came to Go North East but I honestly think they could of lasted little more longer in the company if they were given the Mid Life Citaro refurbishment.

Never been on the N94UB Omnicity but been on plenty of N230UBs.
