The 10/11 should be non-stop between Kenton Road and Barras Bridge given the number of trips which have missed Claremont Road and diverted via Great North Road & Blue House as you say.
Only real losers would be people using the St Mary Madgalene stop on Claremont Road, which is not covered on journeys towards Chapel House & Lemington.
Yeah there is the argument for the Uni & RVI, but most Arriva passengers manage fine with Barras Bridge & Haymarket.
