Like it or not, our transport authorities are a joke. Project Orpheus, QCS, NESTI, Western Links...to name a few. All failed projects by Nexus/TWPTE, costing millions of pounds.

So, i think they deserve all the extra scrutiny personally. Money shouldn't just be spent on vibes.
