6354 died on its first journey near Billingham. Replaced by 6100 which last till 15.14 journey and died at Peterlee where it was then replaced by 6224
6353 died in Middlesbrough being replaced by 6156 which was swapped out at Gateshead for 6323
6357 lasted till Newcastle at 5pm where it was swapped with 6350
surprisred 6193 didnt end up doing a few trips, best bus for the job!

Both the X1 and X45 have had new buses after 5 & 1/2 years but for the X10 nothing.
Wern't 6397-6400 for the X10 originally when they came into the fleet, but never really made it on there before transfering to the Washington, seems the plan for them changed at some point very early on
