Just happy to see the new Bridge approved.. heard work could start this year and be completed by 2017 (as this was the year they told the government it would be completed).
Looking forward for the new roads to open on the VAUX site and teh square starting to get done, should be nice for when the new - Central Business District on the Vaux site to be built which is aimed at injecting new life to Sunderland city centre.
