As if there is an issue, ie fares not uploading correctly via the wifi, there is support staff in from GNE and ERG, whereby on a weekend, whilst GNE could ask their staff to work, they could not force ERG to work just in case.....
There was an issue at a sister company a couple of years back when they uploaded new fares on a weekend, but the machines would not accept the data, so it is better to be safe as sorry.
