That makes sense although I think its only the night-time X78 that runs off a Scholars as the morning X78 wouldn't have time as it doesn't leave that long before the 825 comes into the bus station (which is a scholars) at 8:05. It then couldn't get from Derwentside College to Consett Bus Station, load up and leave on the 822 which leaves at 8:19.
