Its like the Passenger Focus figures or Tesco saying they're cheaper than Asda, but Asda saying they beat all the other supermarkets on price.

Schools often advertise that 97% of pupils got an A-C grade. What they don't mention, is that the majority of those pupils were nearer a C, than anything else.
Management has changed since the last visit and staff are on the sick.
It doesn't bode well.
