Out of interest, what's the usual procedure when Customer Services receive a good word about a driver (assuming it's universal across all companies - or at least similar)?
In the same e-mail I mentioned above, I did compliment a driver or two I had on the same day. When writing to bus companies, I do try and slot in a good experience I've had during the day so it's not all negative.
