Thinking if I do to the Open Day Next Weekend, that i'm going to get an Explorer and get on the 08:24am Northern Rail Service to Carlisle, which would get me into Carlisle for 09:57am. Rather than getting the 08:45am 685 from Newcastle and arriving into Carlisle at 10:56am, Resulting in an Hour of the Day being wasted in my Opinion. Any Ideas on if I would have to Reserve a Seat or can I simply just get on the Train if I have a Valid Explorer Ticket.
