It didn't always work in my favour though.
I never felt the need to grass people up, but I was persuasive enough to convince silly people to do silly things. However, when those silly things went wrong, it didn't stop the same silly people from informing the teacher that I told them to do it. I used to try and defend myself by using the old 'Tyne Bridge' and 'Free Will' arguments - it never worked.
